Mr Baragwanath was appointed as a consultant colorectal surgeon in 2002 following surgical training in the West Midlands, Leicester and Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham. He provides a full service for benign and malignant colorectal disease. He has a special interest in anal fistulas and pilonidal disease as well as colorectal cancer screening. He is chairman of the Colorectal Cancer Multi-disciplinary Team Meeting that oversees the care of patients with colorectal cancer.

Mr Harmston was appointed as a consultant colorectal surgeon in 2009 following surgical training in the West Midlands and a fellowship in Pelvic Floor surgery at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. He provides a full service for benign and malignant colorectal disease. He has specialist interest in investigation and treatment of faecal incontinence, constipation and rectal prolapse as well as colorectal cancer screening.
